Seven killed in Karachi violence

KARACHI: At least seven including a security guard of Bilawal House were killed during incidents of firing in the city, while seven others were injured, Geo News reported Tuesday.

In Site area, firing by unknown criminals claimed the life of a policeman who was serving as a guard at Bilawal House. The body of a man who was kidnapped from Al-Falah was recovered in Azeempurah. A body was also recovered from Lyari who had been kidnapped.

Three people were killed in firing incidents that took place in Kharadar, Baldia Town and Malir. While in Kasbah colony, one person was killed during firing on a passenger bus. Meanwhile seven people were injured as a result of firing in Mohajir camp, Banaras, Rasheedabad, Orangi Town and Pirabad.
