ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court on Monday rejected the plea of the government seeking extension in time to appoint Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Geo News reported.

Justice Anwar Zaheer while hearing the case rejected the plea of the government seeking extension in time for appointment of NAB Chairman,

It may be noted here that government through Additional Attorney General had sought extension in time for appointment of NAB Chairman till the decision of Deedar Shah review case.

On the other hand, the court had given the government time till July 21 to appoint the NAB Chairman.
