Police arrest 22 criminals

RAWALPINDI: The City Police arrested 22 criminals here on Tuesday and recovered 2986 gram hashish, 11 bottle of liquor, 6 pistols and 1 revolver from their possession, police said.

Besides, Sadiqabad Police station arrested five suspects from Hashmat Ali College who were planning a dacoity.

The police reached on the spot and arrested the culprits identified as Muhammad Gulzar, Israr Ahmed, Umer Khan, Fazal Rabi and Riasat Ali.

Police have registered separate cases against all of them and started investigation. (APP)
