ISLAMABAD: Lawyers of the twin cities protested against the killing of two lawyers in Karachi while the high court and district bars of Rawalpindi passed a resolution against the government in support of Supreme Court orders Saturday, Geo News reported.

The Vice Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council, Lateef Afridi announced a nationwide boycott of courts while the Vice Chairman of the Sindh Bar Council, Iftikhar Javed Qazi gave a strike call to all provincial bar associations against the killing of the two lawyers.

A three-day boycott of city courts was announced by General Secretary of Karachi Bar, Haider Imam Rizivi.
