Seven injured over land dispute

MULTAN: Seven people including three women were injured in firing at Basti Jampur in Basti Malook police limits on Saturday.

According to SHO Basti Malook police station Omar Daraz,Mushtaq Ahmad and others had a dispute with Nazar Siyal, Jamshed and others over a piece of land which was in possession of Mushtaq.

On Saturday, accused Nazar Siyal, Jamshed Arain and others reached the disputed land in Basti Jampur and opened fire on Mushtaq and others. As a result, Mushtaq, Yamin, Irfan Ahmad, Yasir Hussain, Shamim Mai, Ghulam Fatima and Ms Ata Elahi were injured.

Rescue 1122 shifted the injured to hospital where Mushtaq and Yamin were in a critical condition.
