MULTAN: Special people held a walk in the city on Saturday to highlight their problems and promote peace in the country.
The peace walk was organized by Leo Foundation Multan at Nawan Sheher Chowk.
Blind, deaf and dumb and disabled people on wheelchairs accompanied NGO activists. The participants were holding placards inscribed with messages showing their love for the country and prayers for its development and prosperity.
Speaking on the occasion, president Leo Foundation Sajid Jameel said that like other people, special people were also disturbed over the law and order situation in the country.
He said that dispensation of justice vital for peace and prosperity. He urged the government to provide more job opportunities to special people.
Arshad Mehmood, Naeem Zahid, Tahir Manzoor, Sher Khan,Zeeshan, Ali Khan, Raheel Shah, Hammad, Amir Shahzad, Asghar, Faheem, Fawwad Ahmad, Mohammad Hussain, Ehsan Elahi, Shamoon, Adnan, Rafiq Ahmad and others participated in the walk.
