Asiam-Bopanna to open Legg Mason campaign

WASHINGTON: Pakistani tennis ace Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi along with his Indian doubles partner Rohan Bopanna will play in the first round of the Legg Mason Tennis Classic, Geo News reported. The Pak-Indian pair will face Mark Knowles from the Bahamas and Xavier Malisse of Belarus.

This event will serve as a warm-up for the duo as they prepare for the upcoming US Open grand slam.

Last year the duo reached the finals of the men’s doubles at the US Open.
