NPC to hold children 'Naat Khawani and Qiraat' contest

ISLAMABAD: National Press Club (NPC) will hold a 'Naat Khawani and Qiraat' contest among the children of journalists on August 19 (Friday).

According to Chairman Family Entertainment Committee Bilal Dar, the contest would be held separately among Primary, Middle and High class students.

The winner of each category would be given Rs 10,000 cash, runner up Rs 7000, and the candidate who stands third would be given Rs 3000 each besides merit certificate.

Candidates have been asked to deposit Rs 100 entry fee in NPC by August 10 along with the form 'B' or school card and photocopy of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and office card of the father. (APP)
