FCCI final voters list to be issued on 22th

FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) will release final list of its voters on August 22 in connection with its annual elections 2011-12 which will be held here on September 20 to 22 this year.

According to a spokesman of FCCI, the nomination papers for FCCI annual elections 2011-12 will be received by August 26 in the office of FCCI Secretary General.

He said scrutiny of these papers would be held on August 27 while the contesting candidate could withdraw their nomination papers by September 15.

He said that polling for elections on six seats of Corporate Class would be held on September 20 while elections on six seats of Associate Class would be held on September 21 followed by the elections on one special seat reserved for female candidate on September 22.

The polling for the elections of FCCI office bearers including President and Vice President will be held on September 27, he said and added that final elections results will officially be announced in the annual general meeting of the FCCI at 3:00 pm on September 30.
