KARACHI: Relations between Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) came under discussion at a meeting held here at Governor House on Saturday, Geo News reported.
PPP leader Babar Awan just after reaching Karachi from Islambad held a one-on-one meeting with Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad here at Governor House. Later, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah also arrived at the venue.
According to sources, the three dignitaries held talks on PPP-MQM relations.
During the meeting, PPP expressed flexibility in its stance on commissionerate system and local government system with a view to have MQM back in folds of the coalition government, sources said.
