887 free Dastar Khwans to be arranged

FAISALABAD: As many as 887 free food outlets (Dastar Khawans) would be arranged throughout the district during the holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak.

In a statement issued here on Saturday, a spokesman of City District Government (CDG) said that among these outlets include 527 Dastar Khawans for Iftar time while remaining 360 would be operational on Sehar time.

He said that these outlets would be arranged with the financial assistance of local philanthropists as directed by the Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.

These Dastar Khawans would be arranged at Railway Station, Zainab Masjid Sargodha Road, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Auditorium, Noorani Masjid Sheikh Bilal Market, Social Security Hospital, Technical Masjid D-Ground, Al-Barkat Mazhar Raza Abad, Iqbal Stadium, Farrukh Flour Mills Sadhar Bypass, Chawla Industries Sitiana Road, Dijkot Adda, Millat Road, Fowara Chowk Jaranwala, Faisalabad Road Jaranwala, Tehsil Headquarter/Civil Hospital Sammundri, Noor Muhammad Park Sammundri, General Bus Stand Tandlianwala, Grain Market Chak Jhumra and nearer to laborers and workers localities etc., he added.
