New Chairman BISER assumes charge

RAWALPINDI: The new Chairman of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Rawalpindi (BISER) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Qasim assumed the charge of his office on Friday.

The Acting Chairman of the Education Board, Director Colleges Rawalpindi Dr. Muhammad Ashraf handed over the charge of the office to the new Chairman. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Qasim after assuming charge as Chairman of Rawalpindi Education Board said that he would do his best to streamline examination system on modern scientific lines and more improvement and transparency would be ensured in the examination system.

He said that computerized examination system would be further integrated and strengthened to reduce problems of the candidates.

The Chairman said that problems faced by matric and F.A/F.sc examination candidates would be resolved speedily. He added that planning would be ensured to arrange special workshops for promoting tendency among girl and boy students for acquiring science education as it was need of the hour that education should be promoted in our country and students be facilitated for acquiring education especially, the science education.
