Unknown armed men shot brother of a political worker dead in PIB Colony area. He was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and later identified as Amjad. Gunmen killed man near marble factory in Orangi Town Sector 4. A bullet-riddled body was also found in Orangi Town Sector 4-F.

The city is suffering through one of its most turbulent law and order situations in recent times.

A sharp rise was also witnessed in street crimes as bandits robbed hundreds of citizens and if any of these innocent people offered any form of resistance, they would often have to pay with their lives. Police as usual do not pay any heed to the complaints lodged by the citizens.
