Health insurance cover for university employees

HYDERABAD: The Syndicate of University of Sindh has approved the health insurance cover policy for all university employees and is also the continuing of technical scheme for the technical staff.

The Syndicate in its 181st meeting held on Saturday under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Dr. Nazir A. Mughal also discussed several issues related to academic and administrative matters.

The meeting attended by Dr. Nelofer Shaikh Vice Chancellor ShahAbdul Latif University Khairpur, Pro Vice Chancellors Dr. Parveen Shah and Dr. Anwar Ali Shah, Dr. Haji Mahmoom Memon, Nazar Muhammad Shaikh, Dr. Abdullah Dayo, Syed Abdul Ghaffar Shah, Khalid Noor Panhwar, Intizar Ali Lashari and Registrar Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro also approved the recommendation of the 150th selection board meeting for appointment in teaching side and promotions in administration.

The meeting also constituted a three member committee to examine and draft new leave rules for the faculty members of the University.
