15 traders fined for overcharging

MULTAN: Price control magistrates imposed fine of Rs 12,000 on 15 shopkeepers for selling daily used items at exorbitant rates.

According to district coordination officer Zahid AkhtarZaman, the raids were being conducted on daily basis in order to check profiteering. The DCO further said that stringent action would be taken against the traders involved in black-marketing of consumers items.
