Mehfil-e-Shabina at Faisal Masjid to start from Aug 27

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs will organize a three-night Mehfil-e-Shabina from Ramadan 26 -28 (Aug 27 -29) at Faisal Masjid.

Huffaz have been selected from across the country for recitation of the Holy Quran in the Mehfil-e-Shabina.

These Huffaz will recite 10 Paras of the Holy Quran very night in the 'Traveeh'.

The time of Isha prayers at Faisal Masjid is 08:45 pm while Mehfil-e-Shabina will begin at 09:00 pm.

Transport authorities of Rawalpindi/Islamabad have made special arrangements to facilitate the public to attend the Mehfil-e-Shabina. Participants have been advised not to bring children for the sake of sanctity of the occasion.

Mobile phones, cameras, bags, thermos bottles and laptops are also prohibited. (APP)
