SHC to hear appeal in Sarfaraz Shah case

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) will hear the appeal against the verdict of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in Sarfaraz Shah murder case, Geo News reported.

The court has sent a notice to Prosecutor General Sindh and summoned the case record from the ATC. An appeal was lodged against the sentencing of seven including six Rangers personnel.

The ATC had awarded Ranger personnel Shahid Zafar the death sentence while the remaining six were sentenced to life in prison.
