Control room set up for transports complaints

FAISALABAD: A special Control-Room and Complaint Centre has been established to check overloading and overcharging in the public transports on Eid.

A spokesman of the City District Government said Secretary Regional Transport Authority (RTA) Mian Mohsan Rasheed will supervise control-room which can be contacted through telephone numbers 041-9200222 and 0300-6688207.

He said Senior Administrator Rana Habib Ullah would monitor the complaint center set up at General Bus Stand Faisalabad where complaints can be lodged against overloading and overcharging in public transports through telephone numbers 041-9239198 and 0321-6667994. (APP)
