ISLAMABAD: In order to provide free medical facilities to the people suffering from general and eye diseases, free medical camps are being established at four different locations at Punjgran, Jigot, Noughazi and Bekkkran, Islamabad on Friday September 9.

These camps are being established by Rural Community Development Centre, Directorate of Special Education and Social Welfare in collaboration with Al-Shifa Eye Trust Hospital and local NGOs under the supervision of Director General Syed Mustafain Kazmi.

The Additional Secretary, Capital Administration and Development Division Khalid Hanif will inaugurate the camp at 9.30am, said in a press release issued here on Thursday.

In these camps free medicines, minor Surgery for eye and spectacles will also be provided to the patients in consultation with eye specialists/ophthalmologist.

Furthermore, the services of doctors, audiologist and physiotherapist will be available. Social Case Workers will also be present there for free consultation.

The camp will remain functional for entire day under qualified Doctors and other staff.
