ISLAMABD: China has announced to dispatch relief goods worth 30 million RMB (US $ 4.7 million) for the flood victims while Iran said that it would donate $100 million for the rehabilitation of the rain affected people in Sindh.

Chinese Ambassador, Liu Jian called on Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar Sunday to convey the sympathies of the Chinese Government on the devastation caused by the wide-spread monsoon rains.

He also conveyed the decision of the Chinese Government to dispatch relief goods worth $4.7 million for the flood victims.

Meanwhile, Interior Minister of Iran Mostafa Mohammad Najar during his meeting with Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said that Iran would donate $ 100 million for the rehabilitation of the rain affected people of Sindh.

The Interior Minister told the Prime Minister that he would go to Pakistan within a week along with a planeload of relief goods for the rain affected people of Pakistan.
