LAHORE: The electricity shortfall has increased and presently stands at 3,904 MW, Geo News reported Monday. According to the spokesperson for PEPCO, electricity generation is 14,342 MW while demand is 18,426 MW. Despite the shortfall KESC is being supplied 700 MW on a daily basis.

Loadshedding has increased across the country with cities facing eight and rural areas facing ten hours of power outages.
