Rangers search apartments in Sohrab Goth

KARACHI: Rangers continued search operation in Karachi and arrested several suspects including foreigners from Al Asif Square at Super Highway, Geo News reported Wednesday. Drugs and ammunition was also recovered from their possession.

According to sources, more than 400 Rangers personnel along with ladies searchers and detection dogs took part in the operation conducted in the apartments situated at Super Highway including Al Asif Square.

Rangers’ informers pointed out the suspicious areas and persons and as a result, many suspects including foreigners were arrested. Large amount of drugs and ammunition was also recovered from their possession.

The arrested persons were transferred to unknown place for further investigation. Meanwhile, Rangers also shifted those people to undisclosed place who were having national identity card (NIC), the locals said.
