Three killed, many injured over verbal brawl

PESHAWAR: Three persons of a family including mother and daughter were killed and many were critically wounded over verbal dispute here in the limits of Mathra police station on Saturday.

According to police, Mir Dil, was drunk when he entered his home and sprayed bullets on his wife Shaukat Bibi, Daughter Saba Bibi, nephew Mursaleen, Amir khan, Shamsher Ali and Roshan Khan.

As a result Shaukat Bibi, Saba and Mursaleen died on the spot whereas, Amir Khan, Shamsher Ali and Roshan Khan sustained serious injuries.

The killer managed to escape from the crime scene.

The injured were shifted to hospital.

Police have registered a case against the alleged person and further investigation was underway.
