UAF convocation on Sept 28

FAISALABAD: The 19th convocation of University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) will be held at Iqbal Auditorium of the university here on September 28.

According to a spokesman of the UAF, Chancellor UAF/Governor Punjab Sardar Lateef Khosa is expected to preside over the event in which graduates of 2007 and 2008 would be awarded degrees at 10am and 2pm respectively.

He said that graduates were being registered free of cost for the participation in the convocation while registration forms for the purpose were available on UAF website www.uaf.edu.pk.

He said that registration process will continue till September 27 whereas, on the same day rehearsal of registered graduates would also be held at 10am for session 2007 and at 2pm for 2008.

He said that attendance in rehearsal was compulsory and candidates who did not participate in the rehearsal would not be allowed to attend the convocation.
