Breakthroughs in Karachi attack probe

KARACHI: Important breakthroughs have been made in the Karachi blast investigation, Geo News reported.

According to sources the attack was planned at a house in the Karachi East area and was orchestrated by the Karachi chief of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan. The car used in the attack was prepared in Baldia town.

Eight people were killed in the attack in the DHA phase eight area of the city on Monday. The target of the attack was the residence of SSP CID Chaudhry Aslam.
