GUJRANWALA: A man has been arrested from Rasul Nagar for allegedly raping and killing a three-year-old girl, police confirmed on Monday.
The suspect has confessed to murdering the toddler, the superintendent of police (SP), Hafeezur Rehman, added, noting that the man was a relative of the deceased.
SP Rehman further explained that the suspect told police during questioning that in order to make the three-year-old's murder look like an accident, he threw heavy bricks on her.
