Dengue fever: death toll climbs to 84

LAHORE: Another man died of dengue fever mounting the death toll to 84, Geo News reported on Saturday night.

According to the details, a 65-year old Ghulam Mohiuddin died of dengue fever in Services hospital, Lahore.

Hospital sources said that Ghulam Mohiuddin was admitted a week ago where he was being treated in special ward set up for dengue patients. He died because his platelets decreased to very low numbers, sources added.
