5 cops arrested for killing two motorcyclists in Karachi

KARACHI: Five policemen involved in the killing of two motorcyclists have been taken into custody and a case has also been lodged against them, said SSP East Pir Muhammad Shah on Sunday.

Late on Saturday night, policemen on patrolling duty signaled two motorcyclists to stop and opened fire as they didn’t pull up on Tipu Sultan Road area, killing them on the spot.

The deceased were identified as Danish Abdul Raheem, 20, and Ali Shabbir, 22.
