490 teachers promoted

FAISALABAD: The district education department has promoted 490 male and female PST and EST teachers to next grades under in-service quota.

According to a notification, PST teachers were promoted from grade 9 to 14 as EST while EST teachers were promoted from grade 14 to 16 as SST. These teachers were promoted after the approval of the promotion committee in a meeting held here under the chairmanship of DCO Nasim Sadiq.

EDO Education Sohaib Imran, EDO finance and other members were also present on the occasion.
