PSF hunger strike against unemployment

MULTAN: A youth fell unconscious in a students' hunger strike camp set up to protest against the unemployment.

People's Student Federation activist Mazhar Abbas Kaat, and MA Islamiat, who has been jobless for four years, fell unconscious on Monday and was shifted to Nishter Hospital by Rescue 1122.

Scores of PSF workers including PSF Divisional President Arif Shah, Abu Bakar Hashmi and Ehsan Khan demanded the government provide jobs to unemployed youths.

PM's media coordinator Khawaja Rizwan Aalam also visited the camp and assured the protesters that all unemployed youths would be offered jobs. He said the provision of jobs to unemployed youths was top priority of the government.
