Main accused in Shahkot rape case arrested

LAHORE: The main accused in the rape of a first year student in Shahkot has been arrested, Geo News reported.

Earlier, on Tuesday the interim bail of the main accused Shamroze Falak was terminated and he was declared an absconder as he failed to appear before the court.

The first year student was raped on September 24. After Geo News took up this issue, the administration started taking action and the five accused in the case have now been arrested.
