IGP takes notice of bank heist

KARACHI: Inspector General Police Sindh Wajid Khan Durrani Thursday took notice of a Rs4mn robbery from a private bank at North Nazimabad Block C and sought a detailed reported from the Additional IG Karachi.

He instructed that police deployment and patrolling in vicinity of banks and commercial areas should be further beefed up to ensure proper security. (PPI)
