ISLAMABAD: Motorway police patrol officer on Thursday returned a lost handbag to its owner after discovering gold accessories, a cellular phone and cash says a press release.

According to details, patrolling officer hailing from Mardan spotted a lost handbag in ladies lavatory area right beside Rashakai-Mardan toll plaza. The bag contained approximately 54.45 grams of gold, a cellular phone and hard cash. Upon discovery of the bag, officer informed his colleagues who then made combined efforts to return the bag to its owner.

The bag was returned to the address mentioned on the identity card lying in there.
