Karachi: police, FC detain 30 during search operation

KARACHI: Police and Frontier Constabulary (FC) jointly carried out search operation in PIB Colony area of the metropolis, apprehending 30 suspects, Geo News reported.

According to the details, the operation was carried out in the surroundings of Bara Board and Marble Market in PIB Colony area.

Police said that the joint search operation was launched on the intelligence about presence of criminals in the area.

SP Site Shah Jehan Khan said that 30 suspects have been detained during the search operation which lasted for two hours, however he added that no weapon was recovered from the possession of suspects.
