As people await the US presidential race results to be called three days after the election, social media turned into a meme ground or trolling place for Republican candidate Donald Trump.

But it was not just common users that were busy trolling, even airlines could not sit idle and jumped onto the bandwagon.

Ryanair, a low budget airline operating in Europe, trolled US President Donald Trump’s son Eric as Joe Biden inched closer to be declared the winner.

“The look of a man who might not have access to Air Force One in the future and will have to fly commercial,” said Ryanair along with a screengrab of Eric Trump speaking in Philadelphia claiming that there was election fraud.

The Irish airline assured the US president son not to worry as they “have €9.99 fares next time” that he will be in Europe.

Ryanair also provided a snapshot view of the electoral college with the rates of its flights.

However, the is not the first time that one of the US president’s sons was trolled by the airline.

On election day, the Irish airline asked Don Jr to let them know “if any penguins need to be flown to Antarctica to vote” then they are willing to “open up a new route”.

The airline was responding to the electoral map prediction shared by Donald Trump Jr which showed half of the world in red. The tweet appeared to show that the entire world supports Trump and the Republicans while Joe Biden gets very little support on a global level.

Earlier, the airline had also trolled President Trump for declaring victory prematurely when the results were being counted.

“Trump declaring victory this early is like disembarking before the plane has landed,” said the airline. It added that it does not recommend passengers to disembark before landing.

The Irish airline also trolled rapper Kanye West, who has ambitions for running for the US presidency in 2024.

"Kanye is the type of president that would clap every time Air Force One lands," said Ryanair.
