LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif Saturday said the 'dengue of corruption' had weakened the country, adding that politicians and military dictators had deformed the country, Geo News reported.

In his address during a dengue awareness seminar at University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, the Chief Minister said had the judges, generals and politicians been held accountable the country would not have been in the current shape.

"In Pakistan individuals are strong and the institutions weak," he regretted.
