Zilhaj moon likely to be sighted on Oct 28: Met Office

KARACHI: Meteorological Office Wednesday said that moon for the month of Zilhaj was expected to be sighted on October 28 and in that case Eid-ul-Azha would be on November 7, Geo News reported.

It said that there was a dry weather forecast for October 28 (Friday) in most parts of the country while northern areas and Malakand Divisions would be partly cloudy.

Therefore, the Met Office said, there was a good chance of Zilhaj moon being sighted in most parts of the country.
