Nato formally declares October 31 end of Libya mission

BRUSSELS: Nato allies formally agreed Friday to end the mission in Libya on October 31, a diplomat told AFP.

Nato ambassadors meeting in Brussels agreed "by unanimity to end OUP (Operation Unified Protector) on October 31," the diplomat said on condition of anonymity. (AFP)
