The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Thursday approved a hike in the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LNG) for February, a notification in this regard said.
According to the notification, for the Northern system, OGRA has approved a hike of $0.88 per unit, while for the Southern system, the price has been increased by $0.89 per unit.
As a result, the new rates will now be $9.61 and $9.35 per unit for the Sui Northern system and Sui Southern system, respectively, the notification said.

Prior to the hike, the per-unit prices for the Sui Northern system and Sui Southern system stood at $8.73 and $8.46, the notification added.
