ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Ministry has restricted 31 banned outfits, including People's Amn Committee, from collecting hides of sacrificial animals, Geo News reported Saturday.
According to the announcement of the Interior Ministry, the outlawed organizations that have been restricted from collecting hides include al-Qaeda, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sipah-e-Sahaba, Sipah-e-Muhammad, Jaish-e-Muhammad, Lashkar-e-Tayyeba, Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Jafria, Tehreek-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi, Tehreek-e-Islami and Millat-e-Islami.
The other organizations that have been prevented from hide-collection are: Khadam-e-Islam, Islami Tehreek-e-Pakistan, Jamiat Al-Ansar, Jamiat Al-Furqan, Hizb-ut-Tahreer, Khair-un-Nas International Trust, Balochistan Liberation Army and Islamic Students Movement of Pakistan.
Lashkar-eIslam, Ansar-ul-Islam, Haji Namdar Group, Balochistan Republican Army, Balochistan Liberation Front and Lashkar-e-Balochistan have also been restricted from collecting hides besides Balochistan Liberation United Front, Balochistan Musallah Diffah Tanzeem, Shia Talba Action Committee Gilgit, Markaz Sabeel Organization Gilgit and Tanzeem-e-Naujawanan-e-Sunnat Gilgit..
