Rajanpur ex-cop shot dead aunt, four children

RAJANPUR: Former police constable shot dead his aunt and her four children over property feud and later committed suicide by shooting himself at Kot Mitthan area here, Geo News reported.

Sources quoted police saying about the ex-constable Aamir that he had resigned from police service two months ago. Following the said gruesome incident, he went to the Dargah Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam Farid, where he snatching away a Kalashnikov from on duty police constable Adnan injured him by firing. Then, he with Kalashnikov tried to barge into his house, where he also fired to injure his relative Nadir on resistance, while inmates of the house sensing the danger shut the door. Later, in utter frenzy he also shot himself to death.

The bodies were shifted to the local hospital.
