Two brothers killed in bike snatching bid

QUETTA: Two real brothers were gunned down as they resisted the bandits attempt to deprive them of their motorcycle in Sorab Bazaar area of Kalat district Wednesday evening.

Local police said two brothers Faqir Mohammad and Niaz Mohammad were going home on their motorcycle as unidentified armed bandits tried to snatch their motorcycle on gunpoint. The bandits opened shot them dead as they offered resistance to the bid.

Police and local administration officials arrived at the scene soon after the incident. However, no arrest could be made.
