CM approves Rs.10m to TMA Bannu

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has approved a special grant of Rs 10 million for Town Municipal Administration (TMA) Bannu-II for clearance of salaries and pension of staff and other pending liabilities against it which the TMA due to financial crisis was unable to pay.

It may be added that keeping in view the weak financial position of the TMA Bannu-II, the Local Government and Rural Development Department (LG&RDD) recommended the proposal in the interest of general public.

The Chief Minister, consequently approved the special grant of Rs 10 million for clearance of salaries of staff and other liabilities against TMA Bannu-II to help address the difficulties being faced by its employees and pensioners. (APP)
