Around 30 new dengue cases reported in Punjab

LAHORE: As many as 30 confirmed dengue patients have been reported in Punjab out of them, 23 patients reported in Lahore, said a report released by the Health Department Punjab here on Sunday.

The total number of dengue patients in Punjab has risen to21275 out of them 17454 belong to Lahore. According to report at present 186 patients are under treatment in different hospitals of Punjab out of them 157 patients are admitted indifferent hospitals of Lahore.

Unfortunately one death has been reported in Lahore due to dengue during the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, 32 dengue patients have been cured and discharged from Teaching and District Headquarters Hospitals of Lahore during the last 24 hours. (APP)
