Strategy adopted to eradicate dengue virus: Shahbaz

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that a solid strategy has been adopted for curbing dengue virus on permanent basis in the province and providing curative facilities to the patients.

Presiding over a meeting held to review the measures against dengue virus on Monday, he said that tireless efforts of elected representatives, officers and experts had helped in meeting the challenge of dengue virus in an effective manner.

He said that steps were also being taken to cope with the virus in future and an effective dengue control plan was being evolved. (APP)
