Farmer shot dead by unknown assailants

MULTAN: A farmer was shot dead by unknown persons in the jurisdiction of Budhla Santt Police Station here, on Friday.

According to police sources, Asghar Cheema (50) of Chak 9 Tarpai Budhla Santt was asleep at his home when some unknown persons barged into the house and opened fire on him.

As a result, Asghar died on the spot.

Police handed over the body to the heirs after autopsy. (APP)
