ISLAMABAD: Police have nabbed 12 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered stolen car, motorbike, 21 liquor bottles, weapons and looted items from their possession, a police spokesman claimed on Saturday.
According to details, CIA police nabbed an auto thief identified as Nazar Muhammad and recovered a stolen Corolla car (EA-4819, Model 2007) from him. Secretariat police apprehended Kaleem Aslam and Hassan besides recovering a snatched motorbike from them as they used to commit dacoities at gunpoint.
Aabara and Margallah Police arrested Ghazanfar Mehmud and Allah Dita respectively for alleged involvement in theft activities while
Koral Police recovered stolen items from a thief Kaleem Khan.
Siahala Police arrested an accused Habib for having 30 bore pistol while Sub-Inspector Athar Khan recovered 30-bore pistol from a murder accused Syed Ahmed Khan. Aabpara police arrested Ghazanfar Ali and recovered stolen saving certificates worth Rs 4,50,000 from him, which he took away during burglary at house of Waseem Mehdi in sector G-6/1-3 on November 18.
Ramna, Golra and Industrial area police recovered a total of 21 liquor bottles from Fiaz Masih, Rashid Masih and Ghulam Qadir while Tarnol police recovered hashish and heroin from a drug pusher identified as Abdullah. (APP)
