Avoid going into sea for 48 hours, Met asks fishermen

KARACHI: The Meteorological Department on Wednesday advised fishermen to avoid going into sea after a dust storm hit various parts of Sindh.

According to Meteorological Department, the dusty winds would continue to blow for the next 48 hours.

Meteorological Department warned the fishermen that dusty winds can be dangerous for small boats, asking them to avoid their trips into sea for the next 48 hours.

Following the warning of Meteorological Department, the Fisher Folk Forum has also instructed the fishermen to return immediately from the sea.
