RAWALPINDI: Amir Jamat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hassan Sunday termed 'slavery of the US' as the biggest problem and that it was unacceptable to take dictation from foreign forces, Geo News reported.

Addressing a public meeting as part of his party's 'Awami Rabita' campaign, Munawar Hassan said: "JI's coming into power will pull the nation out of US slavery."

He said the nation be informed that 'it was Nato that attacked GHQ and Mehran Base'. The government should also take the nation into confidence over the memogate scandal, he asserted.

The JI Amir said those were voted by people into power gave nothing but price hike and lawlessness to the nation.

He claimed that not a single elected parliamentarian of JI was tainted and appealed the people to vote for his party.
