Woman commits suicide

MULTAN: A married woman committed suicide after jumping into Qadirpur Rawan Canal near here on Monday.

According to Rescue 1122, Hafeezan Bibi wife of Sajjad Ahmed resident of village Pir Jahanian Qadirpur Rawan had lent Rs 100,000 on interest from a person and could not repay.

The disappointment woman ended her life after jumping into the canal.

The volunteers of Rescue 1122 fished out the body. (APP)
